remember this from a few years ago in a past Arizona Fall?  that was November.  We still have a month of 'splash pad' weather.

well, we had a fun time going to another splash pad with cousins.  they enjoyed running around and getting all wet.  It still doesn't seem to fit in my mind.  

Halloween and a visit to a splash pad in a bathing suit in the same month?

I remember freezing my keester off when I was younger and going trick or treating.  Freezing rain and all that fun stuff.

conner was a mooch and got goldfish from this family sitting across from us.  he didn't want to let them go, even when they got soggy.

swim lessons

Kaylee's third year of swim lessons.

she took off.  she's swimming really well.

cade is progressing very well too....

conner got too excited to join in on the lessons and jumped in to swim with the kids....miss sonny was there, don't worry.  so the last lesson I dressed him up accordingly.  a swim diaper, so his diaper wasn't as heavy as he was.

he's going to love swim lessons next year when he is finally old enough.

Who wouldn't just wanna kiss this cute face!?

Kaylee took off her water wings after a while and was excited that she could stand on the bottom of the pool. She had fun hanging onto David and Me while we swam her around the pool...nice to have her feel more independent and comfortable in the pool.

Conner was really enjoyed watching everything around him...a lot of fun splashing.

polar bear swim

Kaylee has kept on saying that she wants to go swimming. I'd respond by saying that it was too cold. She would reply that it was warm outside.

One day after getting begged again to go swimming, I decided to grant their request and got the pool out and they stripped and 'dove' in.

They weren't in there very long!

Kaylee and Cade can be counted as having participated in the polar bear swim for the Hardy Reunion in a couple weeks.

finally....a swim with daddy!

After work yesterday David wanted to go swimming. We were so excited! Finally someone who really knows how to have fun in the pool! Yippee!This is how David models good behavior to the kids.
