Cade was up at 4:00 a.m. - wet diaper. Thankfully he fell back to sleep until 6:00.Loads of laundry due to overly wet diapers. I love the smell of the new fabric softner.
I found Cade in the buff on the top bunk again. I came up with my own "lock" to keep his clothing on. It worked today!
Kaylee and Kendall were so cute playing outside again. Kendall follows Kaylee around like a little puppy...carrying his pile of Thomas underwear. The 3 played house in the morning. Cade and Kendall took turns playing puppy. Kaylee and Cade would play that all the time down here, holding the neck of the shirt as a leash. Really cute!
Kendall did some poopies in the potty. He ran outside to tell Cade and Kaylee. They came running in and sang the song we sing for moments like this (from Dora) - "He did it, he did it, he did it, HORRAY! Kendall did poopies in the potty, he did it, he did it, he did it, HORRAY!" Kendall was grinning from ear to ear.
Cade ripped off his diaper and sat on the potty..nothing. He tried!I put Cade down for his nap in his "locked" clothing. It worked well.
I took more photos for AIDA last night. Once again, Conner came along. He was up on stage during "notes" - when the director discusses their performance with the case, pit orchestra and tech crew.
I came home and asked John how dinner went. He did the Apricot Chicken leftovers. Cade and Kaylee turned their noses up at it again. John told this was what was for dinner. Cade ate 3 plates; Kaylee ate 1. WOW! GO JOHN! I wouldn't say they are completely picky, just stubborn. AMEN!
