Kaylee and Cade were chasing each other around the middle of the house and kaylee accidently pushed Cade face first into the door frame.
The impact knocked out the third of Cades 'non baby teeth'. The tooth on the left was from his birth, when the first two bottom were pulled, and the one on the right was from the door frame incident. Now Cade can begin sprouting his normal baby teeth!
