nine

today David and I have been married for 9 years.  one more year and we will be in the double digits.

I've done a lot of fun things with David.

I've learned quite a bit...some willingly, but others not as willingly.

Looking back, I thought I was mature and had experienced so much....but that was just the beginning.  At least I have someone to experience this all with...someone to fall back on to strengthen me...

6 moves in 2 states

3 college graduations

5 MRI's

6 computers

way too many shoes/shirts/pants......clothes for me...thanks to kelly

last 'whoop te doo'

our last swim at the pool...until next year!

Who wouldn't just wanna kiss this cute face!?

Kaylee took off her water wings after a while and was excited that she could stand on the bottom of the pool. She had fun hanging onto David and Me while we swam her around the pool...nice to have her feel more independent and comfortable in the pool.

Conner was really enjoyed watching everything around him...a lot of fun splashing.
loved this shot of David and Conner

mwah!

my boys

three of my favorite men in my life!

price reunion 2009

We started our trip to Utah by meeting Emilie at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. It was wonderful to walk through the temple. It was my first open house to attend. It was so wonderful to see Em, Eden, Avi and Brett again! Avi is such a cute little girl! Eden of course was as sweet and wonderful as ever!
miss Em and Shannon with Eden and Kaylee...
BFF's
Cade went to the store with Max and Uncle Mike and came back with his very own 'dokker ball'. That night Cade said a prayer and in it said, "Mike my dokker ball." That was so very cute! He's slept with it and shopped with it...I'll have to make sure he doesn't take the ball to preschool.
One day during the reunion Kaylee AND Cade were so tired that they BOTH took a nap! They were both out for a long while!
going quading...Cade was as happy as any 3 year old boy on a something as close as we could get to a 'mycadoo' (motorcycle).

reap whatcha sow; rip whatcha sew

whichever ya wanna call it

This year we were pretty excited to garden. We have a farmer in our Stake that has given some land to the members so we could plant our own garden, work hard to maintain it, and harvest the bountiness which follows.

I went to a couple different stores and picked out some fun things to grow. We were a couple weeks late getting things planted since the staph infection kinda got in the way.

After a month of waiting for growth...we drove up to this heaven!

lets see, where are the tomatoes? hmmmm....are these the beans? The corn should be in the back, since it'll grow the tallest. We should anyway, group things in order of height...right? Oh, I think these are....no.....they're supposed to be arugula. hmm

hu? These are weed? All of them?

oh

most of them.

I kneel down and sit on a nice bumpy mound of dirt and slowly start picking at the weeks. David bends down and RIP...there goes a great big fitful of weeds. This'll be done in no time!
